Welcome to iSculptors. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at isculptors.in and any mobile applications developed and published by iSculptors ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website and applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Use of Our Apps

Our mobile applications are provided for your personal and/or business use, subject to these Terms. You agree to:

Use the apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Not use the apps in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our apps or systems
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our applications
Not use automated systems or software to extract data from our services
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and applications — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and design — are the exclusive property of iSculptors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

User Accounts

Some of our apps may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iSculptors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services
Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
Any content obtained from our Services
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

Your right to use our Services will immediately cease
We may delete your account and all associated data
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our applications offer in-app purchases or subscription-based features. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

Pricing

All prices are displayed in your local currency within the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or annually as specified) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store account settings
Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Cancellation

iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel Subscription
Android: Go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then
Deleting the app does NOT automatically cancel your subscription

Refund Policy

Refund requests for iOS purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com
Refund requests for Android purchases are handled by Google Play. You can request a refund through the Google Play Store within 48 hours of purchase, or by contacting us directly
We may offer refunds at our discretion for purchases made more than 48 hours ago. Contact us at sudhirpedhadiya@gmail.com with your order details
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using any application published by iSculptors (Sudhir Pedhadiya), you agree to the following license terms:

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications on devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app store rules.

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute the application or any part of it
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the application to any third party
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices)
Use the application for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purpose
Use the application to infringe upon the rights of others

Ownership

The application and all copies thereof are proprietary to iSculptors and title to all rights therein remain with iSculptors. All rights in the application not specifically granted in this EULA are reserved.

Updates

We may from time to time develop patches, bug fixes, updates, or other modifications to improve the application. These may be automatically installed without notice. You consent to such automatic updates. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to stop using and uninstall the application.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
